This illustration is a personal Illustration. For this illustration I wanted to try making a botanical illustration for packaging. In this case I wanted to try it on different products, such as a candle, and a box of soap.

I started out drawing the roses in full colour, before I decided to draw only the line work in colour with a cream background, I thought this would work better to make the illustration look more vintage and elegant,  and to make the product look more expensive and premium.
