This is a personal illustration I did of a teacup, which I wanted to make for packaging. In this case for a tin of tea bags. 

For decoration on the teacup and the saucer I decided to draw some daisies to go with the product I had decided upon, being floral flavoured tea. To highlight the beverage being tea, I decided to draw tea leaves floating above the tea cup as if they were jumping out of it. To add some accents and some decoration, I decided to draw curled lines of yellow, brown and white. I chose these colours, because they paired with the colour of the daisies and the tea. I also wanted the lines to represent the scent of the tea and encourage the idea of the tea smelling nice and fragrant.
